About me
I didn't become an executive coach because I read about leadership. I became one because I spent twelve years inside it - at Google, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, ICICI Bank, Bitvavo; across Europe and APAC, at the table where the real decisions get made.
And what I kept seeing, across every organisation and every level, was the same pattern.
The leaders who stalled weren't the least capable people in the room. They were often the most capable. But they were running operational instincts in a strategic role. Thorough when they needed to be directional. Detailed when the moment called for decisive. Managing down when the scope required leading across.
Nobody was naming or closing it. That's what I do now.
